Your Telstra PIN is another layer of security to help protect your personal information when you access or make changes to your account. It’s part of our multi-factor authentication that helps prevent unauthorised access of your personal details.

How do l set up a Telstra PIN?

To set up a Telstra PIN, simply register or sign in to My Telstra

  1. In the top right-hand corner, go to Profile
  2. Select Security settings and then Telstra PIN
  3. Follow the prompts to set up your PIN

How do l update or reset my Telstra PIN?

If you know your existing Telstra PIN and want to change it

  1. Sign in to My Telstra
  2. In the top right-hand corner, go to Profile
  3. Select Security settings and then Telstra PIN
  4. Go to Update PIN
  5. Follow the prompts to change your PIN

If you’ve forgotten your existing Telstra PIN and need to reset it

  1. Sign in to My Telstra
  2. In the top right-hand corner, go to Profile
  3. Select Security settings and then Telstra PIN
  4. Go to Update PIN, then Reset PIN
  5. Follow the prompts to reset your PIN
