How do I report a location with poor mobile coverage?
If you’re using your mobile or mobile broadband device in an area that is supposed to have Telstra network coverage but;
- there’s little or no reception or
- the service is experiencing issues such as dropouts
there might be an issue that needs to be resolved. We’d like to know about it, so we can keep improving our network.
