- Your Telstra home phone number
- Your mobile number
- Your date of birth.
I forgot my email password
To reset your Telstra Mail password, you’ll need the following:
- Your username
- Your date of birth
- Access to the email or contact mobile number you have registered with us, so we can send a one-time code and verify your identity.
Good to know
- If you use an email app or program like Outlook or Windows Mail, you'll need to update your password there too.
