How do I manage my Disney+ account details and settings?

You can go to the Disney+ Help Centre for help managing or troubleshooting your Disney+ account details and settings. 

How do I change the email address on my Disney+ account?

If you would like to change the email address on your Disney+ account: 

  1. Launch the Disney+ app or go to DisneyPlus.com and LOG IN
  2. Select or hover over your Profile
    • If you are using a TV connected device, select SETTINGS instead
  3. Select ACCOUNT 
  4. Select  CHANGE or the pencil icon
  5. Check your inbox for an email from Disney+ (subject: Your temporary passcode)  
  6. Enter your 6-digit verification code to verify your email address 
  7. Enter your new email and current password
  8. Select SAVE.

You will receive an email to your new email address confirming the change.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, you'll need to have access to your account email address and follow these steps :

  1. Launch the Disney+ app or go to DisneyPlus.com  and select LOG IN
  2. Enter the email address used to subscribe to Disney+
  3. Select CONTINUE
  4. Select FORGOT PASSWORD?
  5. Check your inbox for an email from Disney+ (subject: Your temporary passcode)  
  6. Enter your 6-digit verification code to verify your email address
  7. Enter new password
  8. Select CONTINUE.

What happens if I can’t reset my password because I used the wrong email address, or forgot the email address I used, when I signed-up to Disney+?

Cancelling my subscription

How do I cancel my Disney+ subscription with Telstra to sign up directly with Disney+?

Follow these steps to stop your Disney+ subscription with Telstra:

  1. In a browser, go to Telstra My Offers 
  2. Or sign in to the My Telstra app with your Telstra ID
  3. Under My Offers, go to Disney+ offer and select Manage
  4. Select Cancel
  5. Then Confirm cancellation.
Important: Once cancelled, you can sign up to Disney+ directly.

Existing Disney+ subscriber before subscribing through Telstra

If you were an existing Disney+ subscriber billed directly by Disney+ your previous subscription with Disney+ will automatically resume once you cancel your Telstra billing.

If you’d like to cancel your Disney+ subscription with Disney+, go to Cancelling Disney+ in the Disney+ Help Centre.

Not an existing Disney+ subscriber before subscribing through Telstra

If you were not a Disney+ subscriber before subscribing through Telstra you will no longer be able to access Disney+ after your current billing cycle.

If I cancel my Telstra billing for my Disney+ subscription, will I still be able to access Disney+?

If you cancel your Disney+ subscription with Telstra and you were a New or Returning Disney+ subscriber, you’ll have access to your Disney+ subscription until the end of the billing cycle.

If you were an existing Disney+ subscriber that paused their subscription before moving to Telstra for billing, your subscription and payment will resume through Disney+ directly, so you’ll continue to have access.

I’m currently a Disney+ subscriber, can I change my billing to Telstra?

Yes. If you’ve got an existing Disney+ subscription billed directly through Disney, your subscription will be paused automatically, and you can choose Pay with Telstra through Telstra My Offers .

If you’re an existing subscriber to Disney+ via any other third-party platform partner, such as Apple or Google please call the Disney+ Help Centre on 1800 965 160 to discuss your options.
