How do I disable External Control Protocol?
To disable External Control Protocol, follow these steps.
On your Telstra TV:
- Press the Home button on your remote
- Go to Settings
- Choose System, followed by Advanced System Settings
- Go to Device Connect
- Select External Control, then Disabled.
