Our Pre-Paid plans are changing

Most of our activation and recharge prices are increasing and some inclusions are changing from 4 July 2023. If you buy a SIM today, you’ll still get all your data and inclusions upon activation, even if you activate after 4 July 2023. However, if you recharge after 4 July, your options will change.

Ready to change plan?

Don’t forget, you won’t be able to switch back to your original plan if it’s no longer available for new customers. It’s best to use up your call, text and data credit allowances before changing plan, as you’ll lose any unused portions of your current plan allowances when you switch.

When you're ready to switch your plan, you can do so via My Telstra app, My Telstra or by phone.

Open the app, tap 'services', select your service number and tap 'change plan'.

Register and sign in, click on your service number and scroll down to ‘Change plan’.

Dial #100# straight from your mobile. Select ‘Acct Mgmt’ then ‘Change plan’.
