Check my mobile or tablet plan
Check your plan or contract details including when your contract ends, the Early Termination Charges for your plan and your device buy out amount. These are fees you may need to pay if you choose to:
- Cancel a mobile, mobile broadband, tablet, home broadband or bundle service before your contract ends
- Change your mobile or tablet plan before your contract ends
- Change to a non-eligible plan before your contract ends
- Move your mobile to a pre-paid or casual plan before your contract ends
You may also need to pay any remaining accessory repayments. Those amounts, if any, are in addition to the amounts shown.

- Download or open the My Telstra app
- Tap the Services tab and choose your service
- Select View or manage your plan to see your plan details

- Sign in to My Telstra
- On the homepage, find your service in the Account overview section and select your service.
- Your plan details will be displayed.
For more information, select the Manage link, then on the plan details page, select View contract details

Check the status of your mobile plan online where you can view your service contract details and any service or device Early Termination Charges.
